The dream of Ceviches Peru Beach was born in 1999 in Peru, woven by the passion of three brothers and their mother Rosa. This intrepid team yearned not only for the creation of exquisite flavors, but for the very authenticity of classic Peruvian dishes.
This desire transcended borders and reached Miami, where the delight for our Peruvian gastronomy became a mission.

"I visited Ceviches Peru Beach and I loved it, the food is super tasty, the chefs have an excellent seasoning, quality inputs, the atmosphere is very cozy and it is located one block from the beach which I think is perfect to enjoy Miami. One of the best Peruvian food restaurants in Florida."
